Habits that we engaged  consciously or unconsciously but they slowly deteriorating our health.

A lot of people mess this up. Staying hydrated has tons of immediate benefits to your well-being. It helps to clean toxins from your body via your kidneys, keeps your muscles & joints working better, and helps keep you motivated and your memory sharp.

Carry around a water bottle and get in the habit of drinking regularly. You should be drinking at least four to six eight-ounce glasses a day. One of the best ways to tell if you’re hydrated is by monitoring your urine colour, which should be a light yellow.

The more time you spend sitting, the higher your risk of an early death. A  study-based research shows that the activity levels of most  adults over age 40 and above found that those who had the greatest amount of sedentary time had almost double the mortality risk of those who spent less time sitting.

Surveys show the amount of time people spend sitting has been increasing, and older adults sit for an average of six hours a day.

  • your risk of getting cancer decreases every year.
  • you’ll look younger.
  • You stopped running our breath quickly
  • You save your kidneys. It will last more longer

A high-sugar diet is associated with a higher risk of heart disease, liver disease, kidney disease, cancer and diabetes.

It is  recommends no more than 9 teaspoons of added sugar per day for men and 6 teaspoons per day for women. The average adult eats about 17 teaspoons of sugar each day, almost double the limit for men and triple the limit for women.

Self isolation

Social isolation can harm your physical and mental health and increase your risk for premature death.

You can actually fight social isolation by not keeping to your self .  Staying social can be a good longevity booster, helping you manage stress and strengthening your immune system.

Good relationships keep you strong, while bad relationships can leave you in a negative frame of mind and put you ​at risk of depression and even heart attacks, high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke. Some studies have shown people who get less sleep are at greater risk of cognitive decline.
