Starting is not the problem continuity is

Consistency means doing something regularly, at a set frequency, or without exception. Meditate daily, never drink alcohol, read one book  per week — that consistency over time is where the real power comes from.

You are still the same not because of starting but continuation. Starting is heavier than you think, but continuation is more heavier and harder

To build momentum after starting is the deal. it requires ready mind to surrender to the will of consistency. Starters fail at the continuation phase , even though they are fully ready. It feels exciting while the momentum build exhausted and stretches more.

Momentum questions the reason why the task must be done.

Doing things everyday repeatedly is efforts. Write the list of Daily unegotiable Task . Do it everyday even if you feel like neglecting. Just do it . It might be a book you want to read , pick and read up . 1% better every day is simple but powerful

With consistency, to start Is not the problem. You can feel ready anytime or anywhere. Feeling ready is good but not excellent. Anyone can have feeling of starting, many fall off after few periods pass by . Why ?

Because they can’t meet with the pain of repeating it everyday.

A relatable example. It’s easy to roll a heavy objects down from inclining plane. That’s the picture of the journey with consistency.

What task today’s that you will be consistent on ? . Think cleanly and Clearly on paper. This is a Clarity stage
